Last updated: 1 January 2026. These Terms govern your use of skyprime.io and the SkyPrime products operated by Burilabs, Christoph-Wagner-Str. 25, 74405 Gaildorf, Germany (Steuernummer 84454/09000, D-U-N-S® 317139878).

1. Your account & tenant

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued for your SkyPrime tenant. Enterprise customers receive SSO/SAML; default accounts require TOTP. Sharing an account with a third party is prohibited unless explicitly authorised in your order form.

2. Acceptable use

You may not (a) reverse-engineer Sky XT7 model weights, training data or our agent orchestration, (b) use the products to generate or distribute illegal content, (c) attempt to exfiltrate other tenants' data, or (d) bypass rate limits or security controls. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

3. Intellectual property

3.1 Our IP — SkyPrime, Sky XT7, Skyla, ORION, KomplianZ360, DataQueen, KeyFlair, Vault OTP, BuriOS, BuriBrowser, AeroPersonal OS, SkyPrime Marine OS, BuriSplit, MidShot, FaturaBox and Evrakça are trademarks of Burilabs.

3.2 Your content — You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it only as required to provide the service. We do not train foundation models on customer data unless you opt in.

3.3 Outputs — Subject to the section above, model outputs generated for you belong to you. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it for regulated decisions.

4. Pricing, payment & termination

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at the end of any billing period via your tenant settings or in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are governed by your order form. We may suspend service for unpaid invoices after 14 days' notice.

5. Warranty, liability & governing law

Services are provided "as is" with the SLAs defined in your order form. Total liability is capped at 12 months of paid fees. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction: Heilbronn.
